The Department of Computing and Software houses all the hardware and software the students and staff need to perform cutting edge research or mundane tasks.
ITB is wired to the rest of the university via a fiber optic link to the university backbone. The entire ITB building has full wireless internet for wireless-enabled laptops or mobile devices.
Along with the extensive list of machines the Department of Computing and Software also has an extensive list of educational and research software licences. Some of the software available in the labs are: Matlab R14, Maple 9.5, Quartus II, Maxplus II, and Labview. Students will be able to use such software from each computer in the lab.
