This year's Prof. C.V. Ramamoorthy Best Paper Award (for SRDS 2017) went to Borzoo Bonakdarpour. This award is named after Prof. C.V. Ramamoorthy who was instrumental for IEEE SRDS in the 1980s and many of his students have contributed to this conference. It is awarded annually to the best research paper at SRDS.
