Electrified Powertrain - Software & Controls
I am a Ph.D. Software Engineering candidate at McMaster University under the supervision of Dr. Mark Lawford and Dr. Alan Wassyng. My research is done in collaboration with the Electrified Powertain group at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). I also work part-time in industry as a Powertrain Engineer at FCA, working on model-based software/controls, development processes, and architecture.
I am a member of the McMaster Centre for Software Certification (McSCert), as well as part of Dr. Ali Emadi's Canada Excellence Research Chair in Hybrid Powertrain group at the McMaster Institute for Automotive Research and Technology (MacAUTO) (profile). I am a member of the embedded software research team on the Automotive Partnership Canada - "Leadership in Automotive Powertrain" (APC-LEAP) project, which is a collaboration between McMaster University and FCA, for the development of next generation hybrid-electric drivetrains for vehicles.
I am a recipient of the NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship - Doctoral (CGS D).
