Title: A Unimodular Transformation

Abstract:
In lattice basis reduction, we use unimodular matrices to transform a basis into a reduced one. In this talk, we present a novel unimodular transformation, which includes the known unimodular transformations such as size-reduction and permutation, as special cases. Then we give applications of this unimodular transformation to lattice basis reduction and cryptography.
